A Nigerian man has taken to micro-blogging website, Twitter to weigh in on the ongoing debate on salaries and how it affects couples.

In recent times, some Nigerians have shared stories of how some married men have asked their wives to quit a high paying job just so he can retain his leadership in his home.

The man, identified simply as Chike believes an Igbo man can never ask his wife to leave a job that is bringing more money to their home.
