Governor Fayose: "Linking me with APC is like associating me with armed robbers" replies to plans on defecting to ruling party, APC

Social media was rife yesterday with reports that Ekiti state governor, Ayo Fayose and his deputy visited APC National chairman, Bola Tinubu, as he plans to defect to the ruling APC.


Fayose took to his twitter handle to deny the claims. Read his tweets below

Linking me with any APC leader is like saying that I'm associating with armed robbers who stole the mandate of Ekiti people. If it will remain one man that will continue to stand against the tyrannical govt of Buhari and his APC, that one man will be Peter Ayodele Fayose.
